I have worked with many repair companies and their service people, and Ivan, from Carters, was by far the most professional I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was meticulous in taking apart my grill, carefully putting everything back together again, but what impressed me the most was his attention to detail in cleaning 10 years of debris and disintegrated metal grill parts from inside of my grill. My Viking grill is brand new again, and I will be throwing steaks on it tonight! I will be recommending Carters and especially Ivan to all my “Outdoor Chef” friends.
